DESCRIPTION

The investigated area is located at the west area of the Gulf of Suez near the Red Sea, about 150 km to the north of the city of Hurghada, 15 km to the west of Ras Ghareb, and 7km East of Gebel Gharib. The area is located between longitudes 32°44'39.00"E and 32°46'44.64"E and latitudes 28°25'58.96"N and 28°27'40.43"N.

Six boreholes down to a depth of 30.0m.

Twenty wave seismic velocity using the multichannel analysis of surface waves (MASW) method
