DESCRIPTION

The Luxor Four Seasons Hotel is a reinforced concrete skeleton with a ground floor, mezzanine and 4 stories, excluding one level basement for parking. The hotel is approximately 39,060m². Car parking is provided for 100 cars.  The project site is located in Khaled ibn El Waled Street, Luxor, Egypt.

The main purpose of the investigation is to characterize the subsurface geomaterial at the site based on field and laboratory tests, and provide foundation recommendations.
