At GEC, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional geotechnical and structural analysis services, as exemplified by our recent work for the Talaat Moustafa Group in the Madinaty and Celia projects.

For each villa and condominium building in these prestigious developments, we conducted comprehensive geotechnical investigations by drilling three wells mechanically using state-of-the-art rotary drilling machines. These machines allowed us to efficiently extract core samples from the hull material, which were subsequently subjected to rigorous laboratory testing. These tests were essential for determining the classifications and strength parameters of the materials, ensuring the highest standards of safety and durability for the structures.

In addition to core sampling, we collected both disturbed and undisturbed soil samples from around and beneath the structures. These samples underwent extensive laboratory testing to classify and characterize the geotechnical parameters of the soil layers. This detailed analysis provided critical data for the structural analysis, enabling us to design foundations and support systems tailored to the specific geotechnical conditions of each site.
